Terms & Conditions

Last updated: April 22, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the landing pages and funnels created by NextLevel Media (the “Site”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site promotes The Roman Code and the book Julius Caesar: My Teachings. The Site may provide information, bonus content, downloadable materials, and links to third-party platforms such as Amazon.com for the purchase of the book.

2. Purchases and order processing

The Site may include both:

- links to third-party retailers such as Amazon.com for the purchase of the book, and/or

- direct digital sales operated through this Site, including the sale of PDF editions or other downloadable digital products.

If the book is purchased through Amazon or another third-party retailer:

- Amazon (or the relevant retailer) is responsible for processing your order, handling payments, shipping, returns, and product availability.

- Any issues regarding delivery, refunds, or product availability must be addressed directly with Amazon or the relevant retailer.

- We are not responsible for the checkout, payment processing, or fulfillment activities carried out by those third parties.

If the book or related digital products are sold directly through this Site:

- the order will be processed by us or by the payment and delivery service providers we use for the Site;

- payment information will be processed through the relevant payment provider and not stored by us except where necessary for administrative, accounting, legal, or customer support purposes;

- access to the purchased PDF, digital file, bonus, or downloadable content will be provided according to the delivery method described at checkout or in the confirmation email;

- because digital products are delivered immediately or made accessible right after purchase, refunds may be limited or excluded where permitted by applicable law, especially once the download, access, or digital delivery has started;

- by completing a purchase of a digital product, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the digital delivery conditions presented at checkout.

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the availability of products, offers, bonuses, or delivery methods at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.

3. Refunds and returns

If the purchase is made through Amazon or another third-party retailer, all refund, return, exchange, and cancellation requests are governed by the policies of that retailer. In such cases, customers must refer directly to Amazon or the relevant third party.

If digital products, including PDF editions, downloadable files, bonuses, or other digital content, are sold directly through this Site, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or made available to the customer, except where a refund is required under applicable law.

Because digital products can be used immediately after delivery, we reserve the right to limit or deny refund requests where permitted by law, especially in cases where:

- the customer has already received the file, access link, or downloadable content;

- the product has already been downloaded, opened, or accessed;

- the customer expressly agreed, at checkout, to immediate digital delivery.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights granted under applicable law. Where the law requires a refund, replacement, or other remedy, those rights will apply.
